Amis randonneurs, bonjour,
Voue en rêviez depuis longtemps, je vous propose cette semaine "The big one". Cette randonnée longue de 28 km environ nous mènera de Mantes la Jolie à Vétheuil, petit village du Val d'Oise qui domine la Seine, situé en plein Vexin Français. Le voyage "aller" se fera principalement dans les bois, le voyage "retour" passant par de petits villages avant de retrouver les bords de Seine et la gare de Mantes la Jolie.
Cette randonnée est plutôt sportive, ça monte, ça descend et c'est long. Aussi, afin de ne pas vous décourager pour cette "première" pour la plupart d'entre vous, nous allons faire cool même si le rythme reste soutenu (il faut bien rentrer). Nous ferons de petites pauses afin de vous alimenter et/ou vous hydrater, autant qu'il en faudra. Le repas du midi se fera probablement un peu tard à Vétheuil. Il y a quelques commerces mais il vaut mieux ne pas compter dessus, donc nourriture et boisson en quantité suffisante pour tenir la journée.
Après cette journée, vous serez prêt pour Paris-Mantes (54 km) cet hiver, on en reparlera :-))
En pratique :
Départ de Paris St Lazare à 9h04 (direction Bréval) train direct pour Mantes la Jolie, arrivée à9h41
Sortir côté Mantes la Jolie, place de la gare. Je vous attendrai à la sortie.
Retour par la même gare à 22h35 (je plaisante), on verra quand on y sera, on va profiter des beaux jours.

Departure from Paris St Lazare in 9:04 (direction Bréval) direct train to Mantes la Jolie, arrived at 9:41 Side exit Mantes la Jolie, Station Square. I will wait for you at the exit. Return by the same station at 22:35 (just kidding), when it will be seen, we will enjoy sunny days. I expect many of you. See you soon.
