From Montigny sur Loing to Saint Mammès

Dear Hikers, chers randonneurs,

We propose a walk from Montigny sur Loing towards the natural reserve "Plaine de Sorques" and "Marais d'Episy", (there is a possibility to go back to Montigny train station for those wanting a short walk (5-6km) after the picnic).

Then we walk along the Loing canal and join Saint Mammès for a visit (it's an option of 3 km more or less) and a refreshing drink (it's an option too...) . Festivities are planned (maybe...), it's "la fête de la musique.

Take train, ligne R, Gare de Lyon, to Montargis, at 9h20, stop  at Montigny sur Loing at 10h16.

Only one train per hour !

To come back:

As usual, take a picnic lunch, and a lot of water and of course, shoes and clothing adapted to the hot weather (if we trust the meteo),  without forgetting your good mood.
